Brittney Schultz, LPC
Founder | Trauma Therapist | Brainspotting Consultant | Clinical Supervisor
I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing developmental trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, stress, attachment and relationship concerns, life transitions, and performance-related challenges. My areas of expertise include Brainspotting, trauma-focused therapy, and performance psychology. I frequently work with elite athletes, business owners, veterans, fellow therapists, professionals, and other high achievers seeking to strengthen confidence, resilience, focus, and overall well-being. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment approach tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.
As a trauma specialist, I take a trauma-informed approach and integrate Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, somatic therapies, service dog support, eco-therapy through walk-and-talk sessions, TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga), EMDR-informed approaches, and other evidence-based interventions to support healing, resilience, and lasting growth. I believe therapy should be individualized, flexible, and responsive to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
It is a privilege to earn my clients’ trust and support them as they work toward greater healing, resilience, and fulfillment. In addition to providing therapy services, I offer supervision for LPC-ITs and counseling interns, as well as consultation for Brainspotting Practitioners pursuing Certification.
